Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

 

I’m a shamanic practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, sound healer, yoga shiromani, and all-round lover of energy, nature, and ritual. My work is rooted in ancient traditions, personal experience, and a deep belief in the power of transformation.

 

I’ve trained with The Four Winds Society and the wonderful Christine Holt, and I bring over 15 years of experience as an academic teacher into everything I do. That mix of grounded knowledge and spiritual insight helps me create sessions that are both powerful and practical.

 

I offer remote healing sessions and regularly appear at well-being events across the North West and Wales—come say hello!

 

When I’m not working one-to-one or teaching, I’m crafting. I create shamanic energy fans using foraged feathers and wood, each one made with intention and care. I also blend “Witch’s Mist”, a magical mix of witch hazel and essential oils to lift your energy and clear your space. You’ll also find aromatherapy rollers, natural soaps, and other handmade treasures in my collection—tools to support you on your healing journey.
